Ako Suite Hotel - Barcelona

Spent 3 nights in a well-furnished One-Bedroom Apartment while exploring the nearby attractions. The location is fantastic, with many restaurants around and a short walk to places like Placa Catalunya and the Gothic Quarter. The apartment was clean and had all the kitchen essentials we needed. Housekeeping did a great job, ensuring everything was tidy each day. We really appreciated the quick response when we requested a water boiler as well!

We enjoyed making breakfast in the kitchenette, but the bathroom's glass walls offered little privacy.

Service was excellent, well designed and spotlessly clean rooms, good for short or long stay and extremely courteous staff.

Great central spot!

Just spent a week in a one-bedroom apartment. Loved having a kitchenette for breakfast! Juan at the front desk was super helpful. The pool was a great chill-out area after exploring the city. The only thing was the shower. A bit weird with the glass walls. All in all, a solid find!

Extremely welcoming and helpfull staff at reception. Room was spacious. It is one of the quietest rooms I've ever stayed in! Location was relatively central.

I think that a kettle, tea, coffee, milk and sugar should be provided as standard vs. having to request them.

The attitude of the staff to the guests leaves much to be desired...

Decent sized and tastefully decorated room with a bathtub, wonderful position. Private parking nearby provided. Nice pool. Location really close to Cathedral by walk, a great shopping, tourist area, and the nearby metro. Good food in the restaurants such as Restaurant Sise, located 5 min away...

Beds were a little hard.

Glass-enclosed bathrooms severely compromise privacy!!! The inconsistent temperature regulation of the air conditioning units is frustrating!!! Poor lighting controls in the room made it a hassle to manage at night!!!

Heavy rain on Tues night, roof leaked!!! Dripping water kept us awake. Staff didn't seem to be suprised. We arrived at 6pm on Sunday, checked in, went to room, room was being cleaned, thought water on floor was part of cleaning, had to go back down to reception and wait for maid to finish. Glad it didn't rain before Tue!!!!!!!!!!!!! In many ways hotel was ok but will not recommend hotel with leaky roof.

Excellent location, just few steps from city centre, but also not noisy street so its good sleeping. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they give us city maps at check-in, and explane all directions. Rooms are small but clean, bads are confortable, dishes are clean and tidy.
